Trước đây mình đã có một bài hướng dẫn về cách đăng ký tài khoản 2Checkout khá chi tiết, tuy nhiên hiện tại cổng thanh toán này đã có những cập nhật mới khiến cho việc đăng ký của các bạn gặp khó khăn. Chính vì vậy hôm nay mình sẽ hướng dẫn lại cách đăng ký thông qua Video để những người mới dễ dàng thực hiện hơn.
Đối với những người kinh doanh trực tuyến thì cổng thanh toán quốc tế không thể thiếu đó là Paypal, Payoneer và 2Checkout. Về căn bản 2checkout hoạt động tương tự Paypal, tuy nhiên nó có ưu điểm về giao diện thanh toán chuyên nghiệp khi chúng ta chèn vào trang bán hàng. Điều này giúp cho khách hàng tiện lợi khi nhập thẻ thanh toán cũng như giảm tỷ lệ thoát đơn hơn so với Paypal.

Tháng Mười Hai 28, 2020Chào anh Duy! sau khi đăng ký xong, e có gửi request verify và được support 2CO yêu cầu cung cấp thêm thông tin 6 tháng payment và screen shots.
Vì store e mới open nên e cũng nói thật với họ rằng chưa có payment đồng thời gửi họ 3 screenshots chứng minh store thuộc sở hữu của e; thì họ trả lời:

We subjected your application to our standard evaluation risk criteria as 2Checkout is responsible for the payouts it processes in front of the processing partners it works with and must observe the updated risk standards imposed to us.

Tháng Tám 10, 2020Stripe và 2Checkout là hai cổng thanh toán khác nhau, bạn có thể dùng 1 trong 2 cho trang bán hàng của bạn. Tuy nhiên việc đăng ký Stripe tại Việt Nam hiện chưa khả thi bạn nhé!

Tháng Bảy 22, 2020A Duy ơi, em mới nhận được mail của support 2CO thì họ có bảo em là cần nộp lịch sử 6 tháng xử lý thanh toán (hóa đơn) của doanh nghiệp. Mà hiện tại thì em chỉ mới bắt đầu làm nên ko có hóa đơn… a cho em hỏi là có cách nào để xử lý ko em đg khó chỗ này ạ.

1. Please provide copies of your last 6 months payment processing/paid sales history. We can accept to review processing statements for less than 6 months of commercial activity so you must be able to provide us with screenshots from your current or previous payment processor. These screenshots will need to confirm transactions occurring through this URL or another URL that you own with active sales from the last 6 months. These screenshots must contain your name, your company name or account name.
· If you are not a sole trader or individual proprietor, please submit your business registration document.
· Additionally, to the screenshots you can send .csv or .xls files as these can be accepted by our compliance team as supporting documentation.

• Are there any empty categories on your site? If so, please either remove them or populate with products/services.
• Have you added refund and privacy policies to your website?
• Do you have a delivery policy with delivery timeframe in case you are selling physical goods?
• Is there an area on your site that contains contact information so your buyers know how to get in touch with you?
• Are the products on your website in line with our Prohibited Products List? https://www.2checkout.com/legal/acceptance/
• Do you have a contact address for your business on your website? This address can be either the physical address for your business – OR – a P.O. Box located in the same area (city/state/country).
Based on the business model, our Compliance team might request additional details related to your business once they review your account.
Documents that 2Checkout requires on the application as part of the compliance process:
1. Proof of Address:
This needs to be a copy of a utility bill (ex: electric, water, gas, or cable) dated within the last six (6) months – OR – a copy of a current lease/mortgage agreement. This document needs to be under your name or the company’s name and show service to the physical address (not a postal box) that we have on file for your business and should match the address listed on your website.
2. ID:
A color copy of valid government issued ID for each of the individuals listed in your Business Ownership details is required. **Be sure to include the front and back of the ID you are submitting.
3. Company documents required if the account is opened under a company name:
• Certified or notarized copies of articles of incorporation/organizational structure documents showing beneficial ownership
• Tax identification number
• Address of principal place of business/ headquarters
• Passport ID (including DOB)/National identity card for each beneficial owner above 10% of business ownership
Financial Details:
Please be advised that 2Checkout cannot accept to pay the merchants in different countries that the contract country due to contractual agreements with our processing partners.
• For Paypal we will ask you to provide us with a snapshot from your PayPal settings page featuring the beneficiary’s name and associated e-mail address, together with the address and country the Paypal account is registered on.
• For Bank account we will ask you to provide a bank statement for your bank account from the last 3 months clearly showing the name and address the bank account is registered on.

1. Commercial Name: Please let us know what you would like written in this field considering the text here will be displayed to your customers in the checkout cart. You can have the website’s name, a company name or your name. Please keep in mind the website URL cannot be accepted in the commercial name field.
2. Physical Address: The business address listed in your 2Checkout account is incomplete. Please provide us with a complete physical address for your business, including a building number, street name, city, state, and postal code. Once we receive this information, we will make the necessary changes to your 2Checkout account (Note: the physical address cannot be a P.O. Box due to banking restrictions.).
Ở cái 1, họ yêu cầu tên thương mại, em muốn sử dụng 1 tài khoản 2co cho nhiều store. Vì vậy e nên để tên như thế nào cho hợp lý ạ
Ở cái 2, họ yêu cầu địa chỉ vật lý nhưng do em làm dropship nên không có địa chỉ thật. Vậy giờ nên cung cấp địa chỉ như thế nào cho bên họ ạ.

Tháng Tư 5, 20201. 2CO cho phép mỗi gian hàng là một tài khoản riêng nên mình không nên lập chung nhé.
2. Địa chỉ vật lý này em lấy địa chỉ chỗ ở, nếu chỗ ở trùng với CMND thì càng tốt.

Em đã đăng kí thành công tài khoản 2CO rồi ạ. Nhưng bên support có gửi cho em một tin nhắn yêu cầu như này ạ:
“United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations require that we obtain and maintain a W8 fiscal form for all our customers to ensure we remain compliant with all financial regulations, therefore we require you to provide all Taxpayer information.
You can easily complete this step by logging into your 2Checkout Control Panel master account and navigate to Settings → Account information → Edit account information → IRS Forms section and submit the fiscal compliance form that is generated automatically.
This is a mandatory action for fiscal compliance and must be completed to avoid your account to be Restricted, which means you will not be able to receive any payouts.”
Em không hiểu cái W8 đó là gì và làm thế nào để add cái đấy vào 2CO ạ. A có thể chỉ cho e được không ạ, e cảm ơn a ạ!

1. Nếu e sử dụng phương án copy link của nhà cung cấp, e chỉ cần chon 1-2 nhà cung cấp thôi phải không ạ? vì e list khá nhiều sản phẩm không cùng một nhà cung cấp lên, và e cũng không điền thông tin nhà cung cấp trong mô tả sản phẩm có sao không a?
việc trả lời mail chỉ cần gửi link nhà cung cấp là được phải không ạ?
2. nếu e chọn việc nói thẳng vấn đề là tài khoản mới nhưng e đã kinh doanh trong thời gian 4-5 tháng rồi thì có được không ạ?

Tháng Ba 24, 2020Trong trường hợp họ hiểu rằng em là một Dropshiper thì tốt nhất nên nói thật. 2CO chỉ hạn chế chứ không cấm Drophipping em nhé. Để giải quyết vấn đề này, đầu tiên em nên sửa lại danh mục các sản phẩm, cố gắng tìm một nhà cung cấp có đánh giá tốt trên Ali để nhập thông tin sản phẩm vào Shopify (1-2 nhà cung cấp thôi). Sau đó có hai phương án:
+ Copy link của nhà cung cấp gửi cho họ để 2CO sẽ tự liên hệ và đánh giá uy tín của nhà cung cấp này. Với cách này thì không cần gửi hợp đồng gì hết.
+ Cách 2 là liên hệ trước với các nhà cung cấp nhờ họ làm cho một bản hợp đồng, sau đó gửi lại cho 2CO. Em tham khảo mẫu này: https://duyalex.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/DropshippingWholesaler-agreement.docx
Chú ý: Nếu là một tài khoản mới, chưa từng có đơn nào thì cũng nên nói thật vấn đề và trả lời đầy đủ + chuyên nghiệp nhất có thể. Như vậy họ sẽ đánh giá mình là một Shop uy tín nhé.
